I upgraded to 2MB memory as some other users recommended - it has worked perfectly for me!

My work requires XP and Explorer 6 (and I travel a lot!) and good enough graphics to easily look at multiple screens. I tried an 8 inch, 10 inch and an overpriced 13 inch - all I needed to do was wait for the Samsung 12 inch with the higher resolution!
