Compared to my Sony laptop, this netbook has half the weight with all of the performance. I have not had a chance to watch a movie on it yet. I recommend it as a superior computer for traveling. Do not expect it (or any netbook) to have the performance or capability of a desktop, but it does a very nice job of Internet browsing and e-mail checking. I added 1 GB of RAM to speed it up a bit.

It worked for 1 month then it has been sent back to Acer a total of 6 times. I have yet to get it back. The bright screen is nice, the compactness is nice, the USB ports stopped working, after that was fixed, the computer started having black outs. Acer is unbearable to work with, even with warranty. I suggest trying a HP product instead.
