The customer service agreed to replaced it with another monitor and a return label for the bad monitor. The new monitor arrived in two days and was found out it had same deflect 12 bad pixels at the same area. Looks like the vender had a production & quality problem. The customer service will cancel my order and refund my credit after 2nd monitor is returned.

Some performance glitches: multi-color text display except on highest resolution, but that affects display size; also, occasionally get some white 'flaring' or 'flashing' when monitor wakes and warms up that lasts 2-3 minutes. Hope it doesn't mean future, bigger problems.

Reviews & Ratings for 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor with Speakers, Black I thought this monitor would be too big for my desk but it works great. I can see the screen from furthur back and can work longer sitting at my desk.
The speakers are great. I have to keep the volume on a low level or else everything plays really loud.

I do graphics work and the monitor makes it much easier to see and do layouts. Watching movies is an excellent experience as well. The clarity is awesome.
