Reviews & Ratings for Mini 88 Key USB Keyboard
I wanted to like this keyboard. I bought 2 so I could use one at home, and one in the office to take up less space on my desktop. It has been a nightmare to use - some of which I knew was going to be a problem before I bought it. Yes, I knew there was no right side shift, and that the comma, apostrophe and other punctuation keys were in different locations...Thought I could get used to that, and to some extent I have, but what makes them difficult to use is that the size of those and other keys are smaller than the other keys. Let me explain. Not only are ALL the keys about 66% smaller than on a normal keyboard, but some of the other keys aren't consistent in size with the rest of the alpha keys. These other keys are about 70% or so smaller still. On a normal keyboard, most keys are the same size, like the comma and period. On this keyboard, they're smaller, so it's very hard to use. I'm constantly missing them on mis-keying something. Adding to the annoyance is that the tab key (which is about 1/2 the size of the alpha keys) wants to accuate off to the left side of the key, and gets "stuck" when pressed. This happens on both keyboards I purchased. The space bar also needs to be pressed harder than you'd expect making for many corrections between words.

Bottom line, this is super-annoying to use, and I wouldn't wish this on an enemy! If you have casual use of a keyboard, and like to suffer, or use a pencil eraser end to type, get this keyboard. It's great! Keys are not only too small, but the feel is cheap and imprecise.

Very sorry I wasted my $$. Would have sent it back, but I destroyed the packaging.
