Reviews & Ratings for 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver If you want a basic Home theater HDMI compliant controller, this will do it! 4 inputs, easy remote selection of any device, simple installation, speaker test and set-up program works very well. I was concerned when the 820 arrived, as it was loose (shifted around) in it's shipping box, but I guess Sony built a rugid product.

Reviews & Ratings for 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver When our 1985 JVC receiver died, we decided we needed something more up to date to go with our HD 40" Sony LCD. This lovely unit has everything we need: Ins, Outs, Buttons, & Lights! My husband's got it all hooked up and the sound is excellent! Its kind of complicated to install but happily he's a gadget head. Next we apparently need more speakers and a preamp for the phonograph. (Yes, we're old.) Excellent price. Excellent product.
