Vizio SV420XVT 42" LCD TV 1080p 120Hz Initially, I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished product, but decided to give it a try, especially since all my research regarding this TV yielded positive feedback. Delivery was superfast--within 2 days--which I find typical for my orders from PC Connection. The set also looks like new, so that erased any doubts about buying refurbished.
This TV is a real delight. I use it in the bedroom and it is absolutely heavenly to lie in bed and enjoy the spectacle of a movie or anything else that's on. The picture quality and sound are amazing. There are numerous audio/video connections available on back as well as on the right side. Feature-rich remote is sleek and illuminates as well. All in all, I have been very pleased with this purchase.
Last, but not least, customer service at this company is nothing short of outstanding. Now, when I decide on a product I want, the first source will absolutely be PC Connection.

Reviews & Ratings for Factory Refurb. Vizio SV420XVT 42" LCD TV 1080p 120Hz I replaced a 40" 720p LCD TV in my bedroom with this set. The difference of the picture in full 1080P is remarkable.
In both Blu ray and Dish Turbo HD, the detail is so clear that it looks 3D and action appears to be on a stage (which it is) because the staged lighting becomes apparent.
On the PS3, the picture quality is just as mind boggling. I can't wait for football season to see the difference that the 120Hz makes on that but it sure makes gaming look fluid. The 4 HDMI inputs ensure that you can hook up all your new toys to it. We also plan to hook it up to the Lap top to serve as a giant monitor due to the super clear picture. The sound is sufficient as this is my bedroom TV. My view is you buy a TV for picture and a stereo for sound.
For the price, I can't imagine a better value for a mid sized TV. I'm just waiting for a 65" + LCD to come out with this kind of picture so I can get one for the living room.

I replaced a 720p LCD TV that had a nice HD picture, but there is no comparison. The detail is unreal, its like looking through a window. New movies are so detailed that they look 3D and even look like they are on a stage (because they are) due to the artificial lighting being so detailed it becomes obvious. My first one started going haywire after a few days, so PC Connection replaced it, sweet.

A couple of weeks ago they all seemed to disappear or become unavailable. PC Connection, however, came to save the day. My order was placed on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday - very fast as I expected it to take much longer.
As far as the TV goes, it's perfect! Not a sign of being refurbished - looks brand new. Works flawlessly and is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. I will keep PC Connection in mind the next time I need something. This is the best purchase I've made this year by far.

I read a lot of reviews and was very hopeful for this TV. I do not have blueray, but I do hook a media center PC up and have a 1080p upconvert DVD player. I heard a lot of talk about a 3D effect when watching it, but didnt think I would see much since I didnt use HD video. Boy was I wrong. My Vista Media center looks spectacular, and my DVD upconvert with finding nemo was...uncanny...for lack of a better word. Even my wife who could care less about the stuff was commenting on the clarity and 3D feel to it. Entry level TV heck no, this was an amazing buy for sub $700, looked much better than any TV I saw on display at the stores. And a bargain too, I will be enjoying this TV for years to come.
