Ideapad S10e Atom N270 1.60GHz/1GB/160GB/bg/WC/3-cell/10.1" WSVGA/XPH

Designed for students for one-to-one computing in grades K-12, as well as those in higher education, the new IdeaPad S10e netbook combines the portability of a small and light PC device starting under three pounds with Internet and multimedia functionality at an affordable price. The netbook comes with the Intel Atom processor, DDR2 memory and a variety of ports for expansion. Students can connect wired or wirelessly through Ethernet, WiFi3 and optional Bluetooth. Outfitted with a standard ExpressCard 34 slot, the netbook can also be enabled for mobile broadband.

I purchased this netbook to use as a backup device for my SD cards when taking pictures on the road. Works so well, I can even do photo editing on this machine using Lightroom 2.3. I have bumped up the ram and put a 2GB stick and left the 512 (on motherboard). System is reporting that 2Gb available for use. I highly recommend purchasing this item. I may buy a second one and load MAC OS on it. This is my 4th Netbook that I have used and tested and I like this one a little more then the ACER ASPIRE.
