Warning. This drive comes with a FULL width drawer bezel. If your computer's bezel intrudes at all into the drive space, the drawer can't open. Examples, HP xp4x00 workstations, Dell 9200.

After a bit of a painful exchange, Plextor is shipping a replacement bezel --- it's clear they've been through this a number of times.

I'll update my opinion after the new bezel arrives and I've had a chance to test its function.
