This bundle includes the 13-inch Aluminum MacBook and a 4GB RAM upgrade already installed.
Evolution is good. From one solid piece of aluminum comes a MacBook that’s thin and light, beautifully streamlined, and durable. The seamless glass and instant full screen brightness of the 13.3-inch LED-backlit display make everything you see flat-out spectacular... including the display itself.
Advanced nVidia integrated graphics provide more responsive gameplay and more realistic 3D environments, while the redesigned multi-touch trackpad has even more room and the entire trackpad is also the button so it's clickable everywhere.

Reviews & Ratings for MacBook 13" Aluminum/2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo/4GB RAM/160GB/SuperDrive This Mac is very user friendly. I have 3 other Macs and this new laptop just seemed to fit right in to the wireless system, and transfer data between the macs was relatively simple. The new features in the leopard program made it very easy to set-up. The additional 2 GB of memory for a total of 4 GB made the response so much faster in the operation of the programs.

Reviews & Ratings for MacBook 13" Aluminum/2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo/4GB RAM/160GB/SuperDrive Got this as a present to myself as my windows laptop (vaio) was getting to the 3-year tech refresh point, and I also wanted a mac so I could start doing some iphone programming. Been using the mac off and on for about a month, and I can say that it is decent, but nothing special. My vaio (same speed CPU, less ram, comparable video card) costed less even though it was cutting edge at the time and actually runs programs at about the same speed. Funny thing is that my iTunes app actually runs faster on the Vaio and my MS office apps run faster on the Mac!
A few tips for those who are contemplating switching from PC to mac: 1. Not as many workarounds for stuff that doesn't work on the mac. For example, my printer is incompatible, and the manufacturer (Canon) still hasn't gotten around to updating their drivers to make it work correctly over the network. I would normally be able to find a generic driver for PC or write my own. 2. Read the tutorials and get engaged in the mac user community. I would have never figured out the nuances of multi-touch if I didn't watch the tutorial. 3. Get the aluminum unibody, it's got way better fit and finish than the classic (plastic) models. 4. Spend about 4 or 5 hours doing some menial task (like populating your contacts) in order to get used to the interface. OSX apps all act similarly, and differently than windows apps.
So Glad I Have This!

Reviews & Ratings for MacBook 13" Aluminum/2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo/4GB RAM/160GB/SuperDrive I just graduated from high school, and I will be heading off to college in a few weeks. I received a Macbook as a graduation gift, and so far, I love it! I will be studying graphic design in college, so it will be perfect for all of the programs i will need for my assignments and projects. I had never used a mac before this one, and I was a little worried it would be difficult to get used to. It actually wasn't hard at all, and I got used to it within a week. The only thing that bothers me is that the battery life isn't that long, but the charging cord is also easy to use, so it isn't so bad. But overall it's a great product and I'm glad I have it!
Love this macbook

Reviews & Ratings for MacBook 13" Aluminum/2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo/4GB RAM/160GB/SuperDrive First mac to own, and it was so easy to start using right out of the box, including hooking a printer up without worrying about the mess of loading drivers!
Reviews & Ratings for MacBook 13" Aluminum/2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo/4GB RAM/160GB/SuperDrive It's the best Mac I've owned yet. I also use a first generation Mini but there's little comparison. Processor is very fast and I haven't overtaxed the 4 RAM of memory yet. I'm still having networking gliches though using another brand of wireless router. Apple scores again.
