Having used other otterbox products, I can say that I do trust the brand. However, the sensitivity of the screen was greatly reduced in general, and to almost nothing on the peripheral edges of the screen; even after turning up the screen sensitivity all the way. I hope they come out with a better model, that actually allows you to use the whole screen.

The hole for the microphone is so small that people cannot hear me talking to them on my Storm. I am going to make the hole bigger with my Dremel tool. Otherwise I love it!
