Great sound, holds more music than I could imagine. Easy to use, after downloading iTunes. I think more info shuld be given that you cannot use it without iTunes. Package info directed me to a sight that required a subscription, even to get the manual which it didn't come with. I finally found a free manual and my nephew knew we could go directly to iTunes completely free.

PCC offered the lowest price and free shipping-best deal around! Unfortunately, spent the first three daya trying to ferret out why I could not get iTunes to appear. After Googling issue, I learned I had to uninstall and re-install iTunes...worked like a charm after that and has been perfect ever since! My daughter loves it!!!! PC Connection has great deals!

I love this nano, and I definitely recommend this product to someone looking for a small MP3 player.
However, there is one little flaw people usually find out after they bought it. This new nano doesn't charge when you use it with some of the old accessories. There is no "master list" of these incompatible devices that I know of, and you can only find that out when you connect the new nano to the old accessories you own.
There are some adapters available, but it'll cost additional $25-$30.
