The i-Tunes makes the sync of information difficult and I'm a PC Specialist and own an i-MAC. I had to print out the 122 page manual from the website and do a lot of reasearch to find help for i-Tunes. The Apple site didn't help much. The i-Tunes is not user friendly.

The date would revert back to a week earlier. We called the customer service people at PC Connections and they were great. They said we had a defective itouch and sent us a new one the next day! They also paid for return shipping. the new one is great. This thing lets us get email anywhere in the world. We can share pictures with friends and watch videos while flying some place.
This is a great device that fits in a pocket and recharges in a flash.

I recd the Ipod Touch from PC Connection - faster than I imagined - at a price that was the cheapest around. If you have vision problems, you don't have to worry about seeing any of the buttons and the Ipod Touch leads you through every aspect. I download books, copy my music and get free podcasts regularly. This is the best money I have ever spent.
