Reviews & Ratings for HDR-CX12 Camcorder We've had our camera for a month now and it has been great. Great quality and easy to use. It should be noted that the quality does get grainy in low light but during day time or a well lighted room it's great. The software that comes with is relatively good. The automatic smile detection photo is great as well. AVCHD is a difficult format as many players don't yet support it. But the software works fine (I have a pc running Vista w/8G ram). Software does the basics.
