Reviews & Ratings for Nine Hundred Two Case, 9 Drive Bays, 8 Slots, No PSU Lots of room , keeps all my hardware cool with all its fans, what I don't like is the front usb, sata, & sound hookups are on top, the cables tend to get in the way

Reviews & Ratings for Nine Hundred Two Case, 9 Drive Bays, 8 Slots, No PSU This case is a mix of the Twelve Hundred and the Nine Hundred. One of the nicest improvements over the Nine Hundred is the addition of dust filters for the fans. They can be a little tricky to get to, but sure beats having to remove fans to clean them. This is a great case that will be good for years to come and you can't beat this price at PC Connection.

Reviews & Ratings for Nine Hundred Two Case, 9 Drive Bays, 8 Slots, No PSU High quality product. Had only one problem because I was building my own PC. I wanted to have water cooling. Settled on another excellent product called Coolit Domino, a sealed water unit. The location it was necessary to install it conflicted with a fan brace on the see through portion of the side panel. Had to saw off the plastic bracket. Cannot blame anyone but myself. Sent an email to Antec but got no response yet. Hoping to hear from them. That was the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5.

Pros: awesome air flow, good quality(but heavy), cable management made easy, nice blue color, fan controls, includes four fans with filters, quiet, side fan fits even with large heat sink installed Cons: big cpu cooler=tight near top fan, one of my fans has 2 teal leds., motherboard tray is not removeable.
Reviews & Ratings for Nine Hundred Two Case, 9 Drive Bays, 8 Slots, No PSU I bought this case in anticipation of overclocking my E8400, and I also bought a new CPU cooler (HDT-S1283) and a northbridge cooler (Xig Porter) on a Giga P35. Moving from a relatively poorly ventilated case (2 fans, no side fan) my temps have dropped from: (using realtemp) 50 to 40 idle for the CPU(TJmax of 105, so you can adjust accordingly if you think it's 95 or 100), and 34 to 20 for the northbridge(in BIOS, and speedfan). Unfortunately I am using the silicone based thermal paste with these coolers, so I hope to get a better drop when I get something else.
Anyway, considering that the fans are all on lowest settings I am happy with the reduction in temperatures. The case is extremely quiet when the fans are set to low, and I can barely hear it running over the other noise in my house.
I've heard some people complain about cables on their PSUs being too short, well for those of you that have a Antec NeopowerHE 500, no worries, all of my cables were able to reach their destinations while running them through the case's wire holes(my cpu power plug was at the very top of the case, and it made it with no problems). The four star ease of use is because of the fact that although my CPU cable made it to it's intended target, with the large heatsink installed it was a major hassle trying to plug it in.
To wrap this up, I would recommend this case, and I would recommend ordering it from PCconnection because it was the cheapest place I could find it, and they were quick and easy to deal with. I ordered it on monday evening, and received on a friday.
Only complaint- one of my front drive cage fans has two LEDs that are a teal color. It looks very strange compared to the rest of the fans. I'm thinking of contacting Antec to see what they can do about this problem. It's a shame that such a beautiful case has to have unmatched lights, especially on the front.
