Reviews & Ratings for Mac Box Set Family This Family Pack includes the system 10.5, iLife09, and iWork09, and allows five users. Loading the system took more than 2.5 hrs, but it was painless. The new Dock features Downloads which fan out to reveal all downloads for a quick look.
iWork loaded rapidly, and easily. iLife took about an hour, but was painless. I liked the iPhoto features Faces, and Places. Faces comes in handy to compile all photos an individual. It learns to recognize faces easily, however, some faces require repeated exposure.
I did have to call Apple Support, because after the installing the Mac Box, iCal, Safari, Firefox, refused to quit. The Apple Mail failed to open at all. The Support was very good, and was able to walk me through to solution.
