It functions well for all of these tasks.
My biggest disapointment was the battery life. I am averaging only 2 hours. If I had to do it again I would purchase a model that has the 6 cell battery.

I would recommend this to a person who is likes LINUX or someone that wants to see how easy LINUX can be.
