Reviews & Ratings for HP dc5750s SFF Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.0GHz/1MBL2/1000MHz/1GB/80GB/Combo/GigNIC/VH
I bought this computer solely based on the price and warranty, but it's working out well. I'm using it with a Linux based content filtering system, so the Vista Home Basic license is irrelevant to me. If you do intend to use this as a desktop PC in an office, you'll have to use either XP Pro or Vista Business, which will add to the cost. I'd also recommend a bit more RAM. It comes with two 512 meg modules installed, not one 1 GB module. But it works great with open source software, and the 3 year warranty is a nice bonus too. Also, my system came with a built in multiformat card reader, which was a surprise. Overall though, it's a great value for the hardware alone.
