The pictures clearly show that it comes in a retail box. It comes in a cardboard generic box with the hard drive in plastic. This means that no cables come with it. It's just the hard drive. It works great, but I wish that the description wasn't so misleading as to show the hard drive in a retail box when it's actually OEM bulk.
