Reviews & Ratings for Acer Aspire One 150-1983 Atom N270 1.6GHz/1GB/160GB/bg/NIC/WC/6-cell/8.9" WSVGA/XPH/Brown This is a good computer for first timers. It is compact and works well. If you don't like the small screen you can buy a monitor to hook up. Other wise great machine and worth the money.

Reviews & Ratings for Acer Aspire One 150-1983 Atom N270 1.6GHz/1GB/160GB/bg/NIC/WC/6-cell/8.9" WSVGA/XPH/Brown After damaging my expensive little Sony Vaio, I didn't want to spend over $2000 for a replacement. I first purchased the little Asus sub-laptop which was what was available at the time. I was very frustrated with the keyboard action and the typing errors that resulted from key strokes that wouldn't register. I moved on to the Acer and have been quite pleased with its performance. The keyboard is similar in feel and size as my old Vaio. I do notice that it is a slower computer, but definitely an improvement over the Asus.
