Beautiful printing, even fast was crisp. Installation was easy. Took a while for software to install but no problems. Began printing on vellum paper for wedding invitations right away.

I ordered this printer as a gift for my mother. The cost and shipping were great. My mother loves this printer so far as it enables her to do several things without having to make a drive to a local print shop. Good product, good price, and good service.

When I needed a new Printer I searched the web as well as consulted my son. HP seemed to be the way to go. Of course, based upon past performance PC Connection was the only source that I would consider.

in my home and dental office, i have gone through a boat load of basic printers by numerous manufacturers. i already had one of these 4480's that came with my MBPro earlier this year. it has been delightful - it does what it's supposed to do when it is asked to do it. when buying a new iMac 24 for christmas this year, i was delighted to see that it was still available. it will live in the box until needed - which might be a long time given how the original one continues to perform. thanks again to macconnection for great products at great prices with great service
