However, when the digital zoom is used in conjunction with the optical zoom the total zoom increases to 12x. The camera features 5 separate focus modes and a program auto-exposure yet allows for adjustment of exposure -2EV to +2EV. Along with auto-exposure, the white balance can be adjusted to the type of lighting that you are in. The camera has auto shutter, face detection, and is optimized for Ebay and a YouTube capture mode. Each of these features allows you to get the best picture possible for where you are at the time.
