Pros: compatibility, easy to use, value for money

Boombox purchased for a friend who had a stroke. His wife can download books, movies, documentaries from library. PC Connection was one of the few online to offer the boombox with USB.

Customer Service excellent, emailed with updates on shipping, etc.
