The sound is clear, they are comfortable, and it cancels out all the background noise so you can hear the person on the other line just as well as they can hear you, and in a call center that is hard to do. Also I can walk the entire office, and not drop a call. It has great range and I still have not reached the distance that it affects the quality of my phone call.

Pros: wireless, short charge time (2.5 hrs), 6 hr battery life, still works while plugged in and charging, cheapest wireless headset you will find Cons: none

I have the base plugged into two 15' USB extension cables and have coverage around the whole house. If you need more than 6 hours of talk time simply plug it in while you are sitting at your computer and it will still work while it charges. I recommended to everyone I know.
