This was so easy to install. Of course, all Peeerless items are well thought out. I bought a similar ceiling mount for my houseboat and it was more difficult and less quality than this Peerless ceiling mount. If I ever need another, I'll get this one again. It's also nice to get an extra screw, washer, etc. like Peerless frequently tosses in!
