Pros: they worked, completely satisfying, i'm stuffed!, fit in the slot, immediately worked, came in a plain box Cons: non-retail packaging, didn't start world peace, weren't free, did not include free beer

I would say out of the box, but of the 6 I ordered only 3 were blister packed. 2 were clearly OEM packaged and one looked like it had been RMA'ed and put in a static bag. All of them worked just fine, but it was a bit alarming when I opened the box.
