Fits my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 perfectly. I wanted a snug fit with a flap closure (rather than a zipper), and a belt loop. This case fit the bill. Note that the top is open at the sides of the flap, so this case won't keep your camera dry in wet conditions; that wasn't a major concern for my uses. I use a hand strap attached to the camera, and like not having to tuck it fully into the case before closing the top.
