Reviews & Ratings for 19" V193W BD Widescreen LCD Monitor, Black The V13W is a snap to set up! Vista recognized it, and I was up and running in minutes. The 2000:1 contrast ratio provides a picture quality and brightness that's second to none. The whites are whiter and the blacks are blacker! It suffers from the lack of height adjustment on it's stand, but at this price it's worth overlooking. We bought some Dell's (1000:1) with adjustable height but the image quality wasn't there...I kept my Acer.
