The customer will be responsible for disposal.

Pros: build quality
Reviews & Ratings for Replacement Battery Cartridge, for BE500 (RBC46) Item Delivery right on schedule. However, APCC did not include used battery return instructions and pre-paid shipping label within the carton (as advertised). Consequently, had to contact APCC by phone to acquire return instructions and pre-paid label. APCC response was excellent, but it was an unnecessary hassle.
