One of the best SSL VPN solutions around for small companies. Easy to setup and integrates easily with Active Directory. I had a problem out-of-the-box with installing netExtender on 64-bit Vista but they've released a firmware update to address it.netExtender doesn't work on ubuntu as well. However for users using Microsoft OS, works great and easy to connect.
