Reviews & Ratings for HP ScanJet N8420 Document Sheet-Feed Scanner (replaces L1961A , ScanJet 8350)) I bought this scanner to replace a lower-end HP scanner which broke down after a year. Because of that experience I bought the extended warranty on this machine. I haven't needed it, with this scanner handling large volumes, duplexing, and automatic feed very well. The software works well and the quality of scans is excellent across the dpi spectrum.
