Reviews & Ratings for DVD Recorder
Replacement for an older Panasonic DVD recorder. Panasonic has made some subtle operational changes that has enhanced overall performance as compared to the older unit. Most notiably is the improved menu system which makes navigation through the unit much easier. Unfortunately, Panasonic did not improve the initaial "reaction time" of the record function. The first time you press record for a DVD there is a delay. Trick I found is that within 5 minutes of the start of the item to be recorded start the recording, then delete what you have recorded. After that the recording will begin as soon as you hit the record button. This has to be done for each new DVD.
