MFC-8870DW Wireless Mono Duplex MFC

The MFC-8870DW is a full-featured monochrome fax and laser printer with both wired and wireless networking capabilities. It can print at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. It is also a legal-size digital copier and a 19200 x 19200 dpi (interpolated) resolution color flatbed scanner. You can copy at speed up to 30cpm, or reduce/enlarge from 25 to 400%. The MFC-8870DW offers PC Fax capability, allowing you to send and receive faxes directly from your PC. Network capability makes this an optimum solution for your business along with USB 2.0 and parallel ports and automatic two-sided printing. Plus, the MFC-8870DW can work with Windows and Mac applications effortlessly.

Pros: good capabilities for the price
Cons: closer physical inspection for cosmetic damage.

This machine was purchased as a donation to Habitat for Humanity. So far, the office staff is pleased with its' performance; especially the duplex capability.
The only thing I have found wrong is of a cosmetic nature; there was a slight dent in the plastic on the front of the machine. This caused some concern by the office staff, but they were told it did not affect the operation of the machine.
