Reviews & Ratings for Discovery 655 Bluetooth Headset For someone who has difficulty using most headsets because of uncomfortable earpieces (mostly women), this is an almost perfect product not only because of the GEL EARBUD and the CHOICE OF SIZES but because it is user friendly, very clear (no static) and light. However the one problem is that the gel ear "piece" has a tendency to come off when trying to get it into the ear as well as just moving it from one place to another, therefore it also easy to lose the bud. I spoke with Customer Service and was told that I didnt' click it in properly. I tried it his way (same as my way) but still had the problem. Because of that, a few extra Gel buds, especially small ones should be provided and perhaps a little case to keep the headset safe when removed.
