Reviews & Ratings for Lexmark E350d Monochrome Laser Printer
It took three hours, working with Lexmark tech support in India and the Phillipines to diagnose that the USB port on my brand-new Lexmark E850d was defective. The band-aid solution was to use a USB-to-parallel adapter cable from my computer to the printer. To Lexmark's credit, the technician in the Phillipines was tenacious in tracking down the problem, and Lexmark is sending me a new mother board with installation instructions.
