Pros: very small & can be used without power source.
Cons: doesn't charge your ipod, remote buttons do not always work

Received the unit very quickly, so I immediately plugged it in & tried to use it. Well, it didn't work. I tried the remote over and over, & it just wouldn't work. After calling the Tech Support Line for MacConnection, they told me that I could mail the entire unit back, or try replacing the battery, and if that worked, they would reimburse me for the cost. Well, I tried that idea & the new battery worked.
My only other problem is that while using the unit, it does not keep charging your iPod. Even if it is plugged into the wall, while playing music, it does not keep the iPod charged! This doesn't make sense!

Also, the buttons on the remote are not very good. Sometimes you have to push 2 or 3 times to get it to do something!

I am very happy with MacConnection and the way they handled my problem, but not happy with the unit!
