52x External USB 2.0 CD-RW Drive w/ Nero Software

This 52X CD-RW drive uses USB 2.0 connectivity. BUSlink's USB 2.0 is a dramatic performance increase over the standard USB 1.1.Whereas USB 1.1 is only 12Mbps, the USB 2.0 Hi-Speed specification used by the BUSlink USB 2.0 runs at up to 480Mbps. USB allows you to attach up to 128 devices simultaneously with automatic device detection and installation. Since USB 2.0 Hi-Speed is an evolution of the existing USB 1.1 specification, it is fully backward compatible with current USB systems and peripherals. Even with the dramatically increased speeds, it works with existing cables and connectors. In other words, consumers will have the benefit of using devices they already have, so their investments are protected.
