Ink is ink as a rule, at least if you are using a brand name like Epson for your Epson printer. But this is a hard (and expensive) product to find here in Jerusalem or Israel even with the APO service. PC Connection is one of the few that will ship here, and delivery is remarkably fast and secure for this and other products including software.
