The handset lifter is a little noisy but allows you to answer from away from the desk. Because it is stuck to the phone with double stick tape I've noticed it tries to come loose but that is easily remedied with new tape. All in all a great product - easy to set up and use. It does add more wires to your desk when combined with wireless headset.
