Reviews & Ratings for DCM-202 - High-Speed DOCSIS 2.0 Cable Modem when the DCM-202 arrived, I began to hook it up following directions on installing it, everything was looking good, and then I called my internet provider to complete the setup process, but they could not get the modem to verfiy. So after an hour or two on the phone the operator ran out of things to check, and I was pretty much done also, so we scheduled an appointment for a tech to come check everything, and setup all the wirless. The tech came and began to chech everything, lines to the house, in the house, everything he could, he to was stumped on why they were unable to get it to work, so after a few hours of the tech guy, and operators he spoke with on the phone they gave up, and gave me one of there cable modems to use, they then setup all the wirless and had no problems from there, and they did it all for free since they were unable to get my router working.
