Pros: weight, screen size, "ibm" keys
Cons: changed power supply, changed dock, some issues with widescreen pc and older displays, speaker and mic adapters on front of unit

This is the first machine we've bought since Lenovo inherited the Thinkpad line. The notebook is replacing R series equipment.

Disappointed our collection of spare chargers do not conform also the docking stations are redesigned. As a business, these choices increase the cost of every replacement notebook because we have to buy the new accessories as well.

Did not think much of fingerprint reader ahead of time but in use it is more practical than I thought.

Port locations have changed with sound ports in front now (for non-business uses?).

Bluetooth capabilities are useful for cell phone users with data plans.
