Reviews & Ratings for Brother QL-500 Quick PC Label Printer I'm sure the Brother QL-500 Quick PC Label Printer is very nice and the price was certainly right. And I truly wish I could have kept it. But, I could NOT get the software to install. I tried a half dozen times using the CD, then called Brother and they lead me to a download site for the software. It also did not install!!! In both cases the install program ran successfully, but when it finished, the printer software was no where to be found on my computer! I had no choice but to return it.
