Reviews & Ratings for Perfection V700 PHOTO Scanner I was looking for a scanner to work with my MacBook Pro 17 for an immediate scanning need. I needed pictures scanned for a book i was developing. My existing Xerox didn't have any MAC drivers so a new purchase was required. I purchased primarily for future needs which is where i am at now. I am using it to scan 35mm negatives and I am getting outstanding images all over again. Whether a picture, document, negative, or slide, this scanner is so easy to use with MAC that I am flying through my work. It scans directly into my iPhoto library so all images are easily worked with. After a quick warm up, it is just seconds for a scan to go through. Two or more pictures? Place all on the screen with a gap between them and it scans each at the same time with separate images saved for each image scanned. Amazing time saver. I would highly recommend this scanner.

Reviews & Ratings for Perfection V700 PHOTO Scanner My objective has been to convert 1,000's of old 35 mm slides, film negatives and printed photos to digital images, and then to shed all of the old associated technology. The challenge in selecting a device designed only for film conversion is what to do with it when done. With the V700, I now have the best for the primary task, and a full flatbed scanner for many uses going forward. The inclusion of trays for multiple slides, photos, etc., is innovative, and the quality of the output is far superior to my HP OfficeJet print/copy/scan/fax device. Having selected the V700 after considerable research into options, I am very happy with the result so far.
