Reviews & Ratings for 22" Optiquest Q2201wb Widescreen LCD Monitor, Black The monitor was pretty bad. It had very bad color reproduction. The top and bottom of the screen wash out because the back light bled through. The build quality was about as cheap as I have ever seen.
PC Connection support was about the best I've worked with. I got right through and was able to return it pretty painless.

I am 100% satisfied with it. It was truely a plug-n-play item. The color and quality of what I see everyday is great! The stand is very sturdy, and you can rotate the screen to fit your viewing angle, which was a deciding factor for me.

Reviews & Ratings for 22" Optiquest Q2201wb Widescreen LCD Monitor, Black I ordered two Q2201wb monitors from PCconnection. When I received them, I set them up and discovered BOTH monitors had dead pixels.
The first monitor had about 3 or 4 dead pixels in the center (looks like Hal2000 looking back at me) and the other had about 2 dead pixels about an inch from the upper right side. The dead pixels show up red when there's a black background.
I contracted the manufacture and they told me to contact the store I purchased the monitors from. I was not happy that they would not take ownership for this.
I contacted PCconnection and they made the return very easy and they were very accommodating; emailing me a prepaid return slip and sending out replacements that day.
I wasn't pleased with the product but I was pleased with PCconnection's return service.
