When it arrived in the mail and toyed with it, it was everything i hoped it to be plus more. i've enjoyed searching for my music with the cover flow, shaking it to change my music and watching my favorite movies. The games that are included with the ipod are pretty cool. I love making new playlists that give me options to listen to my music without scrolling though and choosing each individual songs. I would and will definitely recommend this product to friends.

Less than 6 months later, unit is back for repairs c/o Apple Care Plan. BTW, glad I purchased this option! Unit started to fail by lock-up / freezing - buttons stopped functioning. Previously had Nano, Gen 3 with no problems at all.

I must add, this is very rugged too as it has been dropped and tossed many times on a hardwood floor. One piece of advice, get a protective cover and it will keep the iPod looking new because lets face it, these are not cheap.

Sometimes because of IP addresses and credit card fraud, international purchases made with a US credit card while being ordered from a PC in a foreign country do not go through or require back and forth with customer support for extra verification. This isnt bad, but it does slow down gift giving if you dont think about it in advance. PC Connection was great and my daughters present arrived in record time.
