Reviews & Ratings for Harmony 550 Universal Remote This product really simplifies use of all of your electronic audio and video devices. I bought my first one a couple of years ago for my mother-in-law who had repeated challenges switching from TV to DVD to music and reduced a lot of my "tech support" calls. I then got this one recently because when DirecTV swapped out our DVR, the new unit and remote was far more inferior than the TIVO system we used to have. This Harmony remote solved all of my problems and things are a lot easier now.

Reviews & Ratings for Harmony 550 Universal Remote I love this remote. It fits great into your hand. It's easy to program - which I have not had the problems with the software that other people have written about. Not only has it worked fine, but it's easy to tweak the settings on the remote so it works to your liking.
