We had to purchase four of these printers for a last minute addition to our registration desk at our annual conference that we were hosting. Once the printers were delivered, they were shipped off to the convention center. We didn't even test them.

Once onsite, these printers were flawless. Very easy to set up and had excellent print quality and speed for such a small printer.

I would easily buy more of these again if the need arises.

Pros: huge savings over ink-jet cartridges, works seamlessly with vista 64-bit

I bought this to use for my genealogy work and it was the best investment yet. The savings over an ink-jet printer are substantial in cost-per-page. This will pay for itself in no time!

It was easy to set up right out of the box. I'm running Vista 64-bit and incurred no problems at all ... a harmonious marriage indeed.

We bought the previous version of this same machine. HL2040. We have been using it at least 5 dys/wk for almost a year.
We have not had any problems at all.
It has been an excellent printer. For the price, you can't beat it.
