Reviews & Ratings for 8GB DataTraveler USB 2.0 flash drive This is an average FlashDrive. It comes bare, with not utility software. The only problem I have with it is that on one of my computers the flashdrive does NOT start unless I unplug a couple of other USB devices/cables from my laptop. I think this is due to a voltage problem but Ive 've never had this issue with any other brand of FlashDrives I have. I did some researching and found other users having this same problem. But, it might work OK on most computers but if not, then you will have to either unplug some USB devices, plug the Flashdrive in then replug the USB devices back into your computer OR you can plug the Flashdrive into your USB port BEFORE you boot your computer. This oddity does not occur if you have it plugged in when you boot. As I mentioned, I don't have this issue on my second laptop. It works everytime I plug it in hot. So if you purchase this item its a good chance it will work perfect for you. If not, do whats mentioned in my review and you can use it fine.

Reviews & Ratings for 8GB DataTraveler USB 2.0 flash drive The 8GB DataTraveler USB flash drive is the first flash drive I have bought that did not require specialized, complicated software. It holds as much as it advertises and is ergonomic. The only con is the lack of a lanyard so that you can hang it on your neck or on a keychain. There is a small narrow connection for a string or cloth but I would prefer to connect a chain. Otherwise, this is a perfect flash drive! I highly recommend it.
