Pros: Display Screen, easy to use, features, performs well, value for money

The voice quality is very good, the unit is easy to set up, the display is very functional, and the voice delay is much shorter than I experienced while placing skype calls through my computer. Also, not having to use my PC for calls is a great plus. The true test is my 97 year old aunt hears me clearly.
