The drive fit into the Dell Custom Rails with out issue and the drive's performance on the PE2900's SAS buss is amazing (SATA Drives will work on a SAS buss) The 1TB drive formatted in no time at all and has performed flawlessly since its installation several months ago. I highly recomend this hard drive!
