Great headset for the cost. I ordered 10 of these for various employees and they all have said that they are great. Only down side is that the soft plastic ear loop comes off over time (1+ yr) and has to be glued back on.

Purchased a new one of these as my other was stolen. Within 2 weeks the volume button was broken. Talked with PC Connection and they are overnighting a replacement so the CS is awesome.
Concerns from the last one that I had would be how long the rubber piece of the ear hook will hold on.
The sound on my end is great and despite the recent problem I would recommend

The Voyager 520 is the best sounding headset I've heard. I bought if for my wife who is a soft talker and she comes through loud and clear. It has a noise cancellation system that eliminates ambient sound.
The only downside is that is comes with a 110v charger, but not a car charger. But a charge lasts quite a while.
Overall, a good deal.
